Do you repair roofs, or only replace them?
Both. A lot of what we get called for turns out to be a repair, and we say so. The assessment is what tells us which one your roof actually needs.
Is the roof assessment really free?
Yes. We assess the roof and give you a written estimate at no cost, and there is no obligation to hire us afterward.
How much does a roof replacement cost?
It depends on the size of the roof, the pitch, the material and what we find underneath. That is why the estimate comes in writing after we look at the roof, not over the phone.
Do I have to be home?
It helps, but it is not required for the exterior portion. If we need attic access we will schedule a time that works for you.
Will someone pressure me into a contract?
No. We send a written estimate and you decide on your own time. If your roof has years of life left, we will tell you and you will not hear from us again unless you ask.
Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes. If we find storm damage we document it so you can file, and we work directly with adjusters.
What if you find something worse under the roof?
That is exactly why it matters that we are a licensed builder and not only a roofing company. Rot, decking and framing are work we do ourselves, so the job does not stop and you do not hire anyone else.
